2010 Tinder-Box Evening Conference

 

On the 16th of September, sixty influential leaders from the corporate, co-operative and not-for-profit sectors joined the 2010 Tinder-Box Conference at the House of Commons to debate ‘Leadership For The Future’.

Delegates were treated to a rare insight to the personal perspectives of four speakers who opened the discussion with their views on the qualities needed for successful, future leadership.

In an evening of stimulating debate and discussion, several clear themes began to emerge as to how leaders will achieve success in the future. These include:


Having the courage to be more of who you are


Making it safe for people to follow you into the unknown


The desire and willingness to adapt
