Carole Miller – Partner and would be Surf Dude

tl_files/images/MediaLibrary/Carole-Individual-Page.2.jpgHer ability to deliver large scale, sustainable change makes Carole one of coaching’s leading lights. Before founding the company, Carole spent 13 years leading global change management programmes for a number of FTSE 100 companies including Lloyds of London, Kodak and Marconi both in Europe and the US. Along the way, she’s gained a reputation for bringing out the best in people and teams.

Leaving university with a Chemical Engineering degree, Carole spent time leading teams in operations and along the way qualified as one of the UK’s first qualified Six Sigma Master Black Belts. Her biggest coup was being called upon by BP to deliver a best in class process improvement solutions to 2,500 employees world-wide. Her work resulted in over 650 million dollars of benefits for the global business. During this time she found she had a genuine flair for people so she hung up her overalls for a while and got interested in the teams and people making the operations tick.

When she’s not helping to develop people and teams (and adding significant value to clients’ businesses), she keeps busy swimming and developing her surfing skills. Unfortunately, as far as the surfing goes, this is one challenge which is still work in progress. Doesn’t stop her trying though!
